I actually have 3 VERSION - Samsung Galaxy S IV smartphones, & I plan to soon do a YouTube video. What I have found out is not only are the international versions slightly different, but the carriers, (Sprint, Verizon, AT&T, T-mobile of very noticable apps and subtleties.
My SPRINT VERSION: which is CDMA service (meaning typically they will not make use of sim cards. CDMA stands for CODE-DIVISION-MULTIPLE-ACCESS) My 1st SPRINT S IV had a problem so SPRINT gave me a replacement. Even with my insurance policy Sprint will give you a refurbished phone & your not getting a Full HD Super AMOLED™ display that's powered by a robust 1.9GHz quad-core processor — smartphone. They have been replacing some phones with Allwinner A13 processors for the CPU's while others get shorted in the GPU side installing a Mali 800 GPU, with a maximum overclocking at 1.6Ghz
My next S4 is from At&T problems are lacking with not as many features and it seems pictures are not as great compared to sprints. But overall GREAT SERVICE!
Believe it or not I needed an International Quad Core processor version.... ( I mean I had to, GET a Real one!) I did a little digging around aNd made a purchase from a very knowledgable company LWGADGETS.COM ----- MY 8 PROCCESSOR PHONE WAS LITERALLLY BUILT INFRONT OF ME, WELL MOST OF IT.) Now of course Sprint and At&T phones had more features but this phone was UNLOCKED & Rooted to work on CDMA, GSM,and WLAN. So I was able to obtain a Brand New Galaxy S UV from LWGADGETS WITH OUT A CONTRACT FOR ONLY $325.00. rEMEBER WHEN CHOOSING AN S IV GET THE RIGHT ONE!

I almost tempted to buy it, but since the original Samsung S4 Duos coming out soon, I'm not in dire need, presently carry two phones. Do enjoy your older phones with a little inconvenient, before you dispose it. Why hurry, it is not a matter of life and death?

I also have trouble getting my I9502 to work with the original Samsung MHL adapter cable which works perfectly with my I9505. Does anyone know whether this is a firmware limitation or hardware limitation? When I go to Settings -> My Device -> Accessory, I noticed that I9505 has a section named HDMI but my I9502 does not. The rest of the options appear to be the same. I am wondering if rooting and flashing a non-stock firmware will make I9502 works with the MHL cable.

Is both sims are working in this phone, when you are talking on one sim and come call on other it gives beep or not?
