i bought a Samsung Infuse 4g from hongkong and its rogers. I using it in malaysia and i want to update it into jellybean? can anyone teach me how?? tq~

After installing a CM9 ICS based rom I can tell you that this phone feels reborn. Sure the camera is a bit buggy and battery life could be better but its really snappy and running ICS it doesn't feel like a 2 year old single core phone. If you're on a budget or happen to get pick this up instead of a SII you wont bee too disappointed if you flash some sort of ICS or JB ROM.

I have buyed unlocked samsung infuse 4G SGH - I997R (i.e. Rogers Canada. Android Version 2.3.3) in US. I am located in India currently.
When I connect to my mobile to PC the EZupdater showing message to update the new Firmware. If I update the new Frimware then do I need to unlock the phone again.

I have this phone but I am having two problems.first is when I use maps on it my phone automatically restats in 5 minutes of usage.the other problem is that I am not able to set my songs as the ringtones.guys please help.....

I own this piece since 6 months but I could unleash full potential with Scott's custom rom. I have tested fluid, paranoid and akop. I would recommend latest jb version of paranoid for i997 due to its sophisticated looks.
Let me caution you before you jump in. Rad instructions thoroughly -search in sad forums for specific model..
