Samsung is rolling out the first update for the Galaxy S23 series
Samsung began open sales of the Galaxy S23 series last week and if you got one, you should know that the first update for the trio is already out. It’s a small update that mostly catches up the phone to security fixes that arrived between the phone’s manufacture and release.
The Galaxy S23, S23+ and S23 Ultra came with the January security patch out of the box, this update brings it up to February 1 2023. The changes include 48 security improvements common to Android 13 phones and 7 for Samsung’s One UI.
This update has been spotted on unlocked phones across Europe but should be available in the other launch markets for the S23 series in the coming days. On the S23 weighs just over 500MB, on the Ultra model it is slightly more, though still under 600MB.
Last year Samsung changed the update schedule for its premium models, promising 4 OS updates and 5 years of security patches. The S23 series is part of that, of course, so it expects to see Android 14, 15, 16 and 17 and end the regularly scheduled security patches in 2028.

Why do you have to pay them money and then expecting for credit? If you are expecting gift to redeem online then why expecting bundled accessories?
