Samsung is working on an update to improve the Galaxy S20 Ultra image quality

Did you see our camera comparison starring the Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra? The quad camera had us “cautiously excited but also underwhelmed” and we’re not alone in this – Samsung has taken note of early reviews and has started working on an update to improve the camera.

However, the company did not say what issues specifically it will focus on. “The Galaxy S20 features a groundbreaking, advanced camera system,” it told The Verge. “We are constantly working to optimize performance to deliver the best experience for consumers. As part of this ongoing effort, we are working on a future update to improve the camera experience”.

The exclusive camera setup featuring a 108MP Nona Bayer sensor and a 48MP periscope cam capable of 100x zoom are the main selling points of the Galaxy S20 Ultra over the lower priced Galaxy S20+. That and the optional 45W fast charge (which requires you buy a separate power brick).
