Usman Afzal, 30 May 2009I am using Samsung PC Studio 3.2.2 HJ2 version with my Sams... moreI did a mistake in my previous post that "Samsung PC Studio can't detect your mobile If you have selected Mass Storage option". Just few minutes ago, I connected J150 to PC as a mass storage device and a new "Removable Disk" appeared on PC which is memory card. Then I started Samsung PC Studio and immediately, it showed "SGH-J150 (UMS Mode) connected" message under PC Studio and all files/ folders of memory card appeared in "Phone Explorer" of PC Studio.So, under UMS mode, you can directly transfer files between PC and memory card using "Phone Explorer" of Samsung PC Studio. This may be due to the new version 3.2.2 HJ2 of Samsung PC Studio.

simughuman, 27 May 2009can any one pls tell me which pc suite it support. i m tryi... moreI am using Samsung PC Studio 3.2.2 HJ2 version with my Samsung J150 through bluetooth and USB cable. Make sure that before connecting the USB cable to PC, you have saved this setting on your mobile:
Menu/ Settings/ Phone Settings/ PC Connections/ Samsung PC Studio.
If you have selected "Mass Storage" option, then Samsung PC Studio can't detect your mobile but you can see a new "Removable Device" under "My Computer" folder of your PC which is your memory card (if you have any MicroSD card on your mobile).

Bhat, 22 Nov 2008Bought it 2 days @ bangalore for rs.4600.. went to buy 3110... morethe data cable we can buy form market its aroumd 150 rs and my mobile also j150 thats why i buy it 4450 in nanded maharatra and i surf internet by using airtel connection my concern the the mobile aswsome because my friends 5200 music edition is not perform like this mobile give 15 hours backup with i daily listing songs. and i test it its too good

HI I have Samsung J150, i have purchased Data cable from local market & download the software from samsung website but the software is not recognizing my phone..data cable is working fine but not software.. i have download software from various site's but still my pc is not detecting the mobile..Plzzz give urs sugeations...

mishi, 29 Apr 2009hello i have certain querries like is the contact displayed... morehello mishi ,the answer to each of ur question is surprisingly "YES!"in fact j150 is v.secure fone with privacy lock for each data.msg.s can also be switched directly using * and # buttons.overall its an awesome fone to reckon with!

hello i have certain querries like is the contact displayed on the screen when a sms is recieved (from whom) and second question is can we switch between msgs without going back to the main folder? and my final question is can we put a password lock seperately for pictures, or msgs and keep the phone in general in unlock mode? i will be thankful if i get the quick response.

hi guy's i m using it from last 7 months and i found that it is the best 1 but like every mobile it has some deficiency like we can't use music player in background, we r not able to open music n video file while using bluetooth n also it's inbox capacity is low but overall it is the best one

well guys i've no idea about 1.3 megapixels.
i can't realise whether it's 1.3 is better than 1.3mp of any other brand or not?!!!

hi,guys i am using this phone for the last 6 months.I found only one default in this phone and that is mp3 player cannot be used in background.rest all its very good and better than any lg phone.sound quality in earphone is absolutely awesome especialy in rock mode
so if want to buy a budget phone its a must buy phone......

roshan, 28 Mar 2009can this phone get effted by a virus ???any device that can download software (virus comes with corrupt software files) can be affected by virus, so samsung j150 is no exception
