      Try this code (Works for Samsung X700, D900, D600, D500): #*536963# on your mobile and see if you get this message on mobile screen : "Serial Java .... Others disable". If yes, then follow the instructions of this pdf guide: Install Games on X700

      If above code not works then try this method (works for Samsung SGH X820):

      1. Transfer both JAD and JAR files to the phones memory (to the 'Other Files' folder). You can transfer the files using Samsung PC Studio software.

      2. Exit PC Studio software and type this code in standby mode: *#9998*52824678255#
      You should now get a 'Activated' message. Java installation is ENABLED now.

      3. Go to the 'Other Files' folder and select the JAD file. Press 'Options' and you should get a 'Do you want to install' question. Press 'Yes' to install.

      4. To deactivate Java install, simply type the same code again.
      You should now get a 'Deactivated' message.

      METHOD # 03 (works for Samsung SGH E900):

      1. Transfer both JAD and JAR files to the phones memory (to the 'Other Files' folder). You can transfer the files using Samsung PC Studio software.

      2. Exit PC Studio software and type this code in standby mode: *#9998*5282#

      3. select "Install MIDlet" from the menu. It will now ask for a password, enter: 235282

      4. Now, select the jad file and press install.

        Good Value for Money. Priced at Rs 4550/-

        I have brought this phone for Rs 4550/-.
        Its a good phone for money. You may go through the pros and cons listed below:

        PROS:
        1) Good Battery Life.
        2) 2MP camera with Image editor.
        3) MP3 player(Awesome music player software)
        4) Expandanble upto 2GB.
        5) Reject List available( you can put in numbers of people who you wanna avoid contacting you)
        6) Offline mode available.
        7) Can watch movies in fullscreen(3gp supported, press # to watch in full screen)
        8) SOS message option.
        9) Bluetooth.
        10)FM with recorder
        11) Voice recorder
        12) Mobile Tracker
        And loads of other basic features(superb search when dialling numbers). ALL THIS AT AN INCREDIBLE PRICE.


        CONS:
        1) Photos on Memory card, cannot be seen on fullscreen and navigation is absent(you have to go back to the folder to open up the next pic)
        2)Video only supports 3gp file and take over 40 secs to open a movie.
        3) Camera has no flash
        4)Cannot load games(jar files) from USB.
        5)No call recorder.

        But I guess we can't ask for more for the price they are offering this model for... what say????

        I have happy with this phone and would recommend others to go for it......

                                  i have some queries about the fone.
                                  1-why is it tht my settings of default memory(tht is mem card) are not permanently saved nd ui have to change it over and over again.
                                  2-why is it that we cannot see fullscreen pics of those stored in mem card?
                                  3-why cant we zoom any pic?
                                  4-surfing of pics in mem card isdifficult as we cannot move directly frm 1 pic to other...........we have to go back..........plz help me out ppl......

                                    sunny, 27 Oct 2008how 2 download themes & games of samsung j210i DOWNLOADED GAMES AND APPLICATION THROUGH THE GPRS ..the ultimate website is Getjar.com/////also wap site available..(this may be the only way) i tried all other ways..
                                    NOTE:U cannot istall jar application/games larger than 1mb(this is the very disadvantage of this phone)

                                    but themes i cant find till yet....(inbuild itself nice)...!!!

                                      battery backup is 1 1/2 days maximum if u spend for music d talking for 5 hrs.....

                                      i have connected my sony bluetooth headset with this d using ..d its great ..but i cant able to play music though this mobile has that feature...(might be different headset required)

                                      Then..all other features r cooolll....i bought this mobile for 4800..in wavetell...then 1Gb trasncend micrp SD card for 150 rs...(cheap now a days)
