Hello everyone..
I've just bought this mobile and I was wandering if I can read Microsoft Office Tools With it, ex.Word, because I need it for my College. I've synchronized it with my comp and I've put a Word doc in mobile but I can't open it and read it. I've heard that some Samsung mobiles have this feature and I want to know if I can install something and start to use this option.

just got it 2day and it FAB!!
bu please please please tell me how to put recordings as ring tone and how to turn off the tone that goes off after you send a message!its a tad annoying!!

I've just got one of these and I love the styling. The fact you cannot assign custom sounds to message tones is a real annoyance and I was going to return the phone because of this, but instead I've decided to keep it and contact Samsung instead to see if they will change the firmware to allow this. Everyone who is also annoyed about this should do the same. Go to this page - http://www.samsung.com/uk/contact_us/contact_us.htm - and click on Mobile Phones and submit a proposal to Samsung saying you want this feature!

hi all. got this mobile for about a month and got problem with the screen already. after turning it on (i did it many times before with no problems at all) the screen goes mad and is white with some black lines. i can normally answer calls etc but can see nothing but white screen. if u know somthing about that, i need your advice before go to service. my e-mail is mar19ok@wp.pl

this is a great mobile. however for optimum use of facilities you should buy a memory card. not expensive. you can then recorsd up to an hour videos and lodz of songs.... it is just a great phone i luv it

Hi i am using this mob, look is good but unable to record the video more than 2 mins and one more draw back is all songs cannot add in the addlist spekar & camera is excellent,

Hi! Friends... Can anyone pls tell me how do we close the indicating tone which rings everytime after sending message moreover when I check balance it also rings at that time. I hv checked out indicative tone in setting->sound setting->extra tones->indicative tone but then also it rings. Plzz help me out. Thank You

look is good but there are many drawbacks....
1.Unable full screen while watching video
2.Unable to record video more than 2MB
3.Loudspeaker volume is very low
4.Not getting charged while connected to PC
5.Playlist can be created only from music folder in memory card or in handset
6.Can't work on it while listening to music

i own samsung e 250 but a user there asked me for tips on samsung j600 so here is the way to install games and java files on it on it.
1. Transfer the .jad and .jar files to the phones memory to the 'Other Files' folder.
You can transfer the files from Samsung PC Studio's 'Phone Explorer', or just transfer it straight to the memory card and move it to 'Other Files' from the phone's menu.
If you don't have a .jad file, you can download 'Jad Maker' (google) and make a new one.
2. Exit all menus and type in this code: *#9998*4678255#.
You should now get a 'Activated' message. Java install is enabled.
3. Go to the 'Other Files' folder and select the .jad file (should be 1kb).
Press 'Options' (left touch key) and you should get a 'Do you want to install' question.
Press 'Yes' to install.
4. To deactivate Java install, simply type the same code again.
You should now get a 'Deactivated' message.

I want to know that is there black list facility in J600 model? if yes than how can i get in phone or where is it?
one more things i want to ask if u can help me, i have this cellphone but there is one problems i m not getting call from one of my favorite numbers. it was using but now last one weeks to i am not getting call from that no. it's a international no? may i know what is the problem there? i think it's a related to black list isn't it?
