Himanshu, 13 September, 2016

After launching the Galaxy Tab A (2016), Samsung has launched a new, S Pen variant of the 10.1-inch tablet. The device is powered by an octa-core 1.6GHz processor, and sports a 1920 x 1200 pixel resolution display.

RAM is 3GB, while internal memory is 32GB. In terms of camera, the tablet features an 8MP rear unit and a 2MP front shooter. Measuring 254.3 x 164.2 x 8.2mm and weighing in at 558g, it runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow out of the box, offers support for 4G LTE, and packs in a 7,300mAh battery.

As the name suggests, the device also comes with S Pen - FYI, it's the same S Pen that the Samsung Galaxy Note7 includes, meaning you get to access all the new software features as well.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab A (2016) with S Pen is currently only available in the company's home country of South Korea, where it carries a price tag of KRW 489,000 (around $435). Availability date and pricing for other markets is yet to be revealed.
