Anonymous, 22 Dec 2010I am thinking about this phone to buy.Dear friend, don't buy M2710 samsung mobile. only first six months at max. it works fine and there after problems start. first, strip will fail due to this sliding model then display and other problems like while talking call gets stuck-up and voice will be stopped, after 30 seconds of stuck-up call gets cancelled.
go to any samsung service centre and just observe how many no.of phones are comming for repair with this model, every one thinks that only his/her phone got problem but it is a common problem. samsung Service centre people are the worst compared to nokiya since samsung does not have own service centres and giving to third party service centres.
finally my suggest is, if you want by samsung phone then go for just flat models and not the sliding and not the flip type. i have faced problems very much.
mainly this M2710 is a very attractive but usful for 6 months i.e., you need to wander to service centres and they are the head-ache creating persons. If samsung has their own service centres then it would better.

I too faced the same problem I purchased on Jan 2010 and the strip for sliding purpose got failed on September 2010 itself.

Initially It works very fine..It is not useful for rough applications like Nokia and other makes..Because I purchased on Jan 2010 and the strip for sliding purpose got failed on October 2010 itself.
The quality is not matching my requirements.
The sound Effect,FM is fantastic otherwise.

hey guys dis cel is really amazing__________i love it_____________though it has some probs like it gets "frequently switched off"________its "too slow" _______while listning muzc it can hang a little bit_________but it has some cool features like "equilnt pause","motion sensor",______n u can even download some games from "wapfever.com" its really cool site for games application n all.............call recordin is not available in dis cel______even battery backup is not gd at all,themes: u can create them but u can't download 'em________but voice quality is OSM if u love muzc go n buy dis cel________em using this cel from past 1 n a half year______motion games r also available_____for any query plz contact me ______
