i cannot download any tones on my phone it does not have the same amount of storage that was specified also it has no mp3 so how can u sell a phone saying that these features are part of it when it is not

I have been using the phone for the past two week,but it cant play any mp3 songs beyond 150kb. otherwise the internet access speeds are faster compared to the other phone I have been using.

nikki, 01 Nov 2009yeah. that happens to me tooit does not fit, because the usb pin for the samsung is of the new type and you must be having the old regular type. Not too many I have seen with the new usb tip.

I live in Jamaica, I bought the phone three days and I've gotten ringtones via bluetooth and it is not playing can any one tell me if 150kb really plays on the phone.

my m310 display becomes blurred. it goes back to normal when restarted but goes blurred again after few minutes. how do i reset its software or hardware?

I hav this new samsung m310 it is a very nice phone but the problem is when i transfer music to my phone via bluetooth it doesnt play the song and say (not allowed) and when i do outgoing calls it refuses i went to the shop where i bought it and those peaple dont understand what the problem is plsss help
