Wanted a nice and simple phone with great camera, this phone is great. For tons of applications, but cheap looking with bugs buy a Nokia...

Is there any place where one can find out about all the camera functions as well as how you would use them.
The manual is not very explicit and I would appreciate some help on all the available camera features.

Hi guys, I have had the Pixon for about a month or so and I just want to know if there's a software upgrade already? I want to know that if I do make a software upgrade, will my Garmin GPS be removed and will I have to download it again? I'm in South Africa by the way...

Decrease brightness to minimum, may improve battery life, also default theme is very bright it drains battery but we cant change it..,mainly disply is responsible for short battery life.

i am using my pixon for months now and it works fine, however the battery life is indeed very poor. is there a way that i can make the pixon's battery last longer? or is there a battery upgrade?

Good things about pixon:
very nice camera
great photo, video editor
good sound quality
nice photo gallery
powerful flash
GPS
widgets very useful
Bad things :
can not change theme
only preset equilisers ,cant edit
battery life poor
text cant ,mark/copy/past
Java app can not install directly ,need to download, or some other procedure, jar, jad file copy in system memory etc.

shutter sound can be turn off through setting,
for low light condition turn on WDR also night mode is there.Pixon camera is very nice,only u need to choose proper camera setting.

Is is possible to turn off the shutter sound completely either through settings or by setting the phone in silent mode? Please reply after confirming because I have been reading conflicting answers. Thank you.
