Very satisfied with M8800 pixon.
Pros:
camera 8,0mpix is enough good to replace your old photocamera. Video is 720x480pix in dvd quality + divx, MP4, 3gp reproduction.
very good watching office documents like word, excel. pdf on 3,2inch huge display. Zooming, rotating, panning...ok
Phone size is very handy 107x55x13-15mm, 120g.
Battery life with internet surfing lasts 2days; without internet, only calls and messaging 3-4 days (Experience).
Install Java Opera Mini and really enjoy internet.
Photo browser is very good.
Phone is loud enough in earpiece , loudspeaker or spreakerphone. Ringing also loud enough. I have 5/7 or 6/7 ringtones without vibracall.
Profiles normal, vibra, silent, outdoor etc.
I have memory card microSD 4GB without problems.
Thios is multimedia phone+camera+office viewer+internet+email(downloadlimit is 5MB/E-mail...good enough, best samsung in no-smathphone class).
Important thing...very very simple to use, to type messaging ABC+QWERTZ+Handwriting with finger/nail (without stylus)+VERY IMPORTANT vibra feedback during typing, adjustable 1-7!!
Music recogniser is good also.
+ a lot of good applications (some are downloadable MORE WIDGETS) and functions (Video editor, drawing, Java games, google, gmail...)
Cons:
Sunlight legibility, on the direct sunlight is bad :(
but indoor is perfect color vibrant 10+
I was Mokia and Sonxer. user too but samsung really is No.1. I was also samsung user of Sgh-2400, A100, E700, E800, D500, D600, D900, G600, U900v and last 2 months M8800. Best phones ever!!!

My Samsung Pixon won't load up to turn on, the charger works on a different phone and the i have bought a different battery but still have the same problem.
Any ideas please?

Thanks! You are correct. What I did was clear my mem card & then brought the size to around 3gig n then was able to use it. When i tried saving another divx movie, issue cropped again. Now, I have understood that it can only take 4gb n not 8gb as their website states. Its a pity none of the reviews i read mentioned this before..at least we could have just bough 4gb cards instead...

You can go to Applications option in the menu & choose "browser" option. You need to make sure that your GPRS settings are setup correctly.You can contact the phone carrier if you need any help.

Could not find better platform to ask this question.I am planning to purchase M8800 and it has HSDPA 2100, i want to know if HSDPA 2100 for 3g work in INDIA as GSM ARENA shows that UMTS 2100 is available in INDIA.I will really appreciate if someone can answer this.

The camera is very good . Video recording is pathetic. Its not at all 30 fps as mentioned rather it seems they have interpolated to get 30 fps which gives it jerks in the recording or playback. DON'T GO FOR THIS PHONE IF YOU ARE TAKING IT FOR ITS MUCH PUBLICISED D1 QUALITY VIDEO RECORDING.

It just kept on restartoing itself. This was with an 8gig card. I got another one and limited what I put on it and so far it is o.k. I think the Pixon has a limit to the number fo files it can handle as a design fault..
