Anonymous, 22 Jan 2009to pixon owners; i heard the battery life is really, rea... moreWhat's the big fuss about the battery. Mobiles today are different than that of yesteryears. This goes to any brand out there. Gone are the days when you just use your phone to talk. Using any of the ff. - data, wifi, bluetooth, video, mp3, camera will surely deplete your battery life. Is it really that hard or does it take a lot of effort to charge your phone at night or before you go to sleep?

One flaw..you have to be going into the camara menu every time you take out the memory and put it back so that you can set the external memory as the primary storage device. It's an 8MP camara, big captures so the external memory should always be primary.

have had the pixon for 2 months now and its great, dont know why people go on about the battery life because mine is very reasonable and i use my phone all the time.
But in saying that is it that much of a hastle to put your phone on charge at the end of the day

What's the "big deal" about battery life? I had the Pixon for about three weeks, I get about 3 days use (fairly heavy) out of the battery. I bought a spare battery and have no problems. It's a GREAT phone, and well worth the hiccup of having to charge/change the battery every few days.

                                GET A LIFE!!

i sold my nokia 5800 due to poor camera and lack of customization after 2 weeks. looking fwd to pixon but since poor battery life, no thks NOW :(

I have this phone for about 3 weeks now and I actually 'thought' it was good. Sad thing is, the only thing good about it is the camera. If you really want a 8mpx buy the Innov8 or wait for something else. What's the point of having a camera-phone if the battery doesn't last long enough to take a few pics and make a couple calls. Also, you only have the ONE theme which Samsung has already been using for the past couple of years. As far as visual customization goes, the only thing that you can change is the wallpaper/widgets.

If you really think that the battery lasts for 2 days or more (moderate usage) you are definitely in denial.

This phone gets real old, real fast.
