how loud is the incoming ringtone? as loud as n73? n95? i saw gsmarena review and it has "very good" mark for this phone. too bad that test cannot be trusted as gsmarena rated noka 5800 "good" only when i heard it was very loud.

as many of the ppl here like pixon , can any1 tell me
1. is there any other way of viewing the pics on the phone rather than dragging each n every pic with ur fingers
2. is there any other way of putting alarm than rolling the nos. ,something more controlling like a
no. keypad that appears like in lg ??? where u can do it faster

I love the phone tho, would definately recomend it

Browse to the jar location and select it. Phone should then say Install? yes/no. Select yes and it's done.
Maybe you have been getting incompatible jar's? I found a torrent of Samsung mobile games.

i have had this phone for a week and i love it to ... moreHi. i was getting this issue too, and ive resorted to only having my sim phone contacts, as copying to phone book seemed to create havoc and also show as duplicates when you had it on all mode.
Its not a good solution as then that means you have to split a persons contact into individual sim entries (ie Carol Work, Carol Home, Carol Mobile) so thats 3 sim memory entries, to only 1 entry you would have had on your phonebook entry.. very frustrating, but saves me from having to retag all the phone book when i happened to charge my phone and had the misfortune of receiving a text during the time it was connected to the charger (this is when mine would lose its tagging).
I do hope Samsung are able to replicate the issue so they can get a software update out, as this is not the only forum Ive seen this issue. My brother in law has the same phone and he doesnt have this problem!!!!
Anyways, why I came on this web site, anyone know how to update/amend the dictionary as Im getting a little sick of t9 coming up with the likes of 'Ame' instead of 'and' all of the time!

I believe you cannot change the few random pictures on the screen when the phone is locked.
And the picture widget shows only the pictures in the phone and not the memory card. You can change the wallpaper very easily with it.

Like my Pixon more everyday. Battery is now better after 1 month, get about 3 days with limited usage. It gets some time to get accustomed, but cannot see any phone better than this one. Only bad: wish i could install games.
