this phone has new features such as 8 mp camera or 5.1 virtual surrounding sound. but the lack of wi-fi and a powerfull OS such as symbian or windows mobile is seen in here an these are not s.th that can be ignored in a phone like this

It's NOT a Windows Mobile phone... its a custom design from Samsung. Just like LG is using in their phone's !

Already those russian guys at http://www.mobile-review.com hav this unit and they claim the 8megas of this pixon dosent come close to innov8..,they even say LG RENOIR beats it...but thats a beta version.
