Really cannot understand why Samsung doesn't let people install programs on their phones, even simple java ones. If so they would be number one a long time ago

theres no way on a li-Ion battery that you are going to get 10 hours of talk time and 26 days of standby with only 1000mah even more so if you are running on a 3G network

You want a great camera with a simple phone easy to use? Buy this one.
You want a great camera with a smart phone you can tweak and add tons of program, but more difficult to use ? Buy Omnia HD
Simple as that....
And above all, NEVER buy one of those plastic toys from Nokia.

its good to see that there will be at least two 12mp phones on the market this one and the ericsson due soon. But again the issue already looks like a battery 1000mah ?? whats the point i use the i8510 and the battery isnt to bad in it althought its not perfect and its an 1200mah why take the extra 200mah off this one its pointless im all for good phones but its getting to be a reacouring problem these days to many highend phones with crap batterys ud think with all this technology they'd have batterys that last for 3 weeks or more on standby with 7 days of good use before a charge ?. And one more thing where has nokia gone there in the bin by the sounds of it ericsson and samsung have both had 8mp cams for ages and now there doing a 12mp each and nokia hasnt even relised a 8mp yet.

For the rest satio can compete with the omnia hd and still have a better UI, looks more beautiful, cyber-shot, walkman, bravia lcd scratch resistant screen...

Hey friends,
after reading the first part of the info about pixon12 I wet my pants. ( SO marvelous, dammm I thought I was dreaming) But then my biggest fear showed up > NOT a Smartphone :(
This is a problem to me because I use GPS a lot to navigate with route66 mcguider etc. Now my question to the more technical guys outhere:
IS IT POSSIBLE TO HAVE NAV APPLICATIONS LIKE ROUTE66 and MCGUIDER ON A NON-SMARTHPONE PHONE LIKE PIXON12???
I thank you in advance and hope that the answer to my question is a YES :D

When we think of the latest high-end camera phones, two gadgets come to mind:
1: Sony Ericsson Satio(Idou)
2: Samsung M8910 Pixon12
Comparision:
Advantages of Satio(Idou) over Pixon12:
1) Awesome symbian based very fast and fluid used interface,
2) Better design.
3) Better 3.5" touch-screen.
4) Nice lens cover.
Advantages of Pixon12 over Satio(Idou):
1) Xvid/Dvix playback.
2) 28mm wide-angle lens.
If I were to choose between these two phones, I would surely go for the Sony Ericsson Satio(Idou)
