The incoming voice quality is very bad and is very much disappointing. Since I have warranty period, I am going to the shop again and let me see what they can do.

Using this phone for an year now.
Warranty period is also over.
Recently it got a problem regarding the in call voice.
I can't hear anyone's voice during a call, but they can hear my voice clearly.
I tried everything and even done factory reset but nothing works
as the problem persists.
It was used just for phone calls, sms and music.
I don't intent to spend a single cent on its repair.
Really dissappointed with this phone.
Is there any solution?
Samsung is at present no 1 phone brand in the world.
It's not the first time I am facing a trouble with a samsung product.
previously I had a serious problem with my galaxy tab 2.
I have recently repaired my 4 years old samsung series 3 lcd tv as it wasn't starting.
Once I also had used galaxy duos lite for about 2 and half years without a single flaw in that phone, but it was unfortunately stolen.
Never gonna buy another samsung product in my life.
