hello,
when i switch off my n620,it doesnt work when i try to on it back. but it will bring out only the yellow flash light(network) on its head. please can i know the problem?

the mobile "n620e" is very nice & easy to use but i dont have any idea about how to add my favorate melody to the rings from my computer & it wasnit said in the instructions. is there any ports on "n620" to do it? Please aware me. thanks a lot.
