everyone talking abt lumia 700/800, but just look at the phone hardware specs... its bulky, heavy weight (142 gms) phone without front camera, single core. and launch price in range above the top dual core processors, compare to that i guess samsung i8350 is very fare deal.

seems like nokia wants to cover up all market loss they have faced by encashing extra price with lumia. lol :)

Microsoft has put a minimum requirement for phones to run WP7. Almost all of them has the same internals.

If you don't know about tech, shut up. I seriously think you're an Apple fanboy who don't know much besides processor speed and megapixels.

samsung ever fail in windows, then started andriod, n going behind of nokia, lumia has floating glass, goeilla glass, scratchproofbody. How many dovideo calling, v want our phone display gud. Samsung wiil surely fail in windows. People r getting fedup of andriod UI. All brand has same UI.but nokia is differnt from others. I have seen the phone i have galaxy sii. But windows so fast cool

samsung did their work i.e COPYING,they just copied whole specifications and design of nokia 800 nd lowered the quality and put it to market at lower price.
one thing more that samsung's super AMOLED technology doesn't have considerable effect on clarity because it just increases screen brightness to some more nits which nokia's already have,on the other side NOKIA's Clear Black Technology puts an additional glass which filters the reflections of light hence doesn,t alter viewing experience in bright sunlight also.you could see the diffence just see 360degree photos above

I've had it for four days now. People, the thing is RESPONSIVE! (And I'm comparing it to my Galaxy II, mind you!) The battery usually manages to get me through the day, which is a first among the WVGA-class smartphones (but then I haven't tried the iPhone yet).

As for the interface, I like it: it's simple, smooth, consistent. Oh, and did I mention it's responsive?

As for the limitations of Windows 7.x mobile phones, well, in a way I welcome them: the phone is hassle-free, and I'm not tempted to waste my resources on tweaking or expanding it. After all, after shelling out several hundred €€, I expect my mobile to already be set up in such a way as to keep me serene, and Mango delivers.
It would have been nice, though, if among the Chinese input options there were one which would allow me to use strokes without actually having to draw them with my fingers.

samsung omnia w vs nokia lumia 800..i would definitely choose omnia w..coz d screen size, screen resolution, processor, gpu, video recording capibility is same as nokia lumia 800..battery backup z better den lumia 800 and the biggest advantage of having a omnia w is the front video calling cam because there is no front camera in lumia 800.d only plus point of lumia 800 is a 8 megapixel camera coz omnia w has a 5mp cam..but i guess no1 wud pay 15k more just for 3mp more because omnia w costs 20k and nokia lumia 800 z around 35k with so many drawbacks..samsung omnia w is a clear winner
