i waht to ask about the touch sensitivity as i have told that it has a bad sensitivity and respond ... a also want to ask about the hangging and lagging .. is it laggy or not ..... thnxx :D

have you tried resetting to factory?
it might solve your problem.
Else, take it to the nearest Samsung Service Center. They give good customer service per my experiene.
