Which software must i download for my galaxy tab 10.1 to be able to make phone calls?

Will never buy another Samsung product regardless of how good it is, the lack of support for this model shows me they have no regard for thier customers.
My Pad will end up under the hammer being flattened as I would not subject anyone else to samsungs poor service

I got a new samsung galaxy tab 10.1...I can receive and send SMS, but how can I make a call and received a call as well? When I dial the no. its always busy. But so far, I like this tab :) any help?

On the 10.1v, I own one, It is not possible to send and receive GMS SMS/Text. It is not possible to make or receive calls via GMS. You can use Skype for Video face to face conferencing. You cannot make cellphone calls like some other models.
There are no made for this model keyboards, or desktop chargers, or samsung cases that you can buy in shops.

I bought the 10.1v 3G in August 2011 and wish I had not done so and will likely sell it in the near future.
1. There are no accessories available compatible with this model from Samsung.
2. There will be no 3.1 update from Samsung, I have asked several times and had several responses.
3. There is no support from Samsung for this model, it is not listed on the NZ website.
4. The bottom of the screen lifts from the case.
5. The battery life is very poor.
6. There is no support from the retailer Noel Leeming, and there is no support from Vodafone the co-branded distributor of this device.
Samsung support in response to requests for the 3.1 update are hostile in every case.
I will not buy the 10.1, and likely to buy an ipad2 to replace it.

This Tab doesn't come with a pen like HTC Flyer. That pen is designed specifically for HTC Flyer and can not work with any other Tab. But you can buy one of the generic capacitive pens they work fine with this tab. Just be a little careful when buying one; some have really wide tip (I have had difficult using then) but it all boils down to personal preference.

This tab can not make calls, you can receive SMS' but it was designed for receiving SMS from network operators(no send option)
