Picture Quality

To be quite honest, after having a look at the S250 review on mobile-review.com, I'm not all that impressed with the pic quality.
It's quite noisy and the colour & contrast could be better.
They stated that it's the best model in its class. It's very good, but SHARP are producing same quality products. Sharps success comes from the 5 Lenses, SAMSUNG only uses cheap optics.
Ok, 6 Months ago this phone was AMAZING. It is no longer all that great.

Anyone could open a site like that. I want OFFICIAL NEWS REPORTS from Samsung, Vodafone or whoever is retailing this phone.
I still don't believe it will be available anytime soon.

According to Softpedia.com the Samsung P860 is the "Highest Rated Phone" with a rating of 8.3% ...
By the way this phone is an imaging phone & the Best Imaging phone at that...better than the N92, Sharp 904 or the LG 5Mp phone...
When it comes to Smart Phones, the Sony-Ericsson P990 or the E70 are the best...according to Symplification.com
Gosh...N80 is just a wannabee with poor imaging, poor ergonomics, poor battery life & overall not worth it...

this is a DUMB phone. this phone may have a 5 megapixel camera. but nokia n80 is better than this because it has wlan, Edge, 3G etc....
i want a phone with camera not a camera with a phone........

that there is a thing called 5mp camera phone of samsung, well samsung may launch after the nokias and sonys launch 7-10 mp phones, which will get the big market, and may be after that samsung should launch the modified .01 mp camera phone???

The Korean S200 (I believe it was...) model is EV-DO. They are not very good with going from standard to another...
I think it's strategy too...
With the latest Samsungs just touching 2-3.2 Mpx, it's not wise to launch this handset yet. This handsets features are no longer all that superb compared to the latest models and competitors models.
It will probably be cancelled if it's not released within the next 2 Months. THIS IS AN ESTIMATE AND NOT A PROVEN FACT.

this product was released in 2004 in korea
with 8mp but this one has 5mp.

2003 1Q was 5MP released... In S.Korea

By the way... for the person who asked about memory, these specs are just preliminary so not everything is shown... Try searching the Korean version of it.
