good day,
i was very happy of seen you poeple's producing this very fine r220 cell phone to my happiness i puchase one in my localty,but plaese it happen unespectedly,that the is now requesting some number,like puk disable and card blocked,including this requesting for, sim lock,and i shouid enter the password
so plaese,all this i do not know how to opperate it,plaese kindly help me out,thanks may god bless

Well my opinion about the phone is it's better for a person who doesn't use their phone alot or a more responsible person.My mother and I got the same phone the same day about 2yrs ago and mines looks horrible while hers looks brand new.My father got his about october of last year and he has been having problems also.I dropped mines alot and now the battery isn't all the way connected to the phone so it will turn off in the midle of my conversations and i have to be careful how i touch it. But if you are responsible and will hardly use the phone then it will be good for you!

i am using samsung r220 for the past 3 yrs. i feel very comfortable in using this phone. i am proud to be the owner of samsung r 220. because its powerful external antenna grabs the signals strongly and hence we are able to hear clearly and loudly . second thing about this phone is that it is not heavy like other phones (99 g). i always suggest all my friends and relatives to buy this phone only

the main problem with this phone..is that after about few months u will not be able to make a call ..it will say ( call ended )or (Call failed) u will feel thah u want to destroy this phone this phone is shame for samsung

I have taken samsung r220 but it is troubling me a lot it gave a problem saying
system failure contact service provider so i went for repair i spent money on it it was ok then after a week it is complete dead what sahould i do
i am very much tired wit it can any one suggest what may be the problem

the phone just has all that i needed in a GSM phone; it's perfect, easy to operate, good human inter-face, it's just an ideal phone for a writer/Accountant like me who likes information. it's SMS and picture messaging is just ideal for me. it's one of the phones that i can browse the internet with, and from which i can check my bank accounts provided am connected.
i will leave it for a more advanced samsung...

This phone is quite good, have a stylish looking, a wonderful service light & durable(I dropped it for many times already, but still remain perfect, except there r some 'scar' left, haha!)
The only cons is that when there's a incoming call while u r writing messege, u'll
have to re-write again!!!
But this is the PAST, i'm going to buy SE K700i tommorow, muahaha!

great set! i have used it for 3 years. I was a bit careless person, It fell down on the ground almost 30 times but still it remained intact.

This model looks good, but has some problems. Biggest problem that I face is that the sound is very low. If you are in some crowdy place then many times you miss the call because you are not able to hear the ringtone of your own mobile. If possible do something about it samsung.

This fone is as bad as its manufactures.Samsung has got alot of experience in making fashionable fones but comparing technologies need for todays fone to work,samsung is far much behind.WAKE UP FROM UR SLUMBER SLEEP SAMSUNG

My family has a plan and was getting another line for my sister. So we got her a Motorola v180, which is a flip phone. So they said i could have this phone if i gave up my Samsung R220, but i don't know if i should do you have any ideas?

This phone sucks! I don't like it! I was very happy when i bought this phone, but after, i realised that I spend a lot of money for what the phone can do. Don't buy it!
