My samsung R220 hangs up after displaying initail greeting message. Another cellone SIM from a samsung or any other mobile works fine on my cellphone. Also, my cellone sim works fine on any non-Samsung cellphone. ie: my sim works alright on nokia and other makes. many of my friends have experienced the same problem and because BSNL did not do anything , thye had to sell their Samsung sets and buy other brands.
*** Will bsnl look into the problem?'' or some one can suggest as solution????.

I've recently taken HUTCH connection for my Samsung R220, but the mobile gets hang every minute. the SIM card is working alright with other mobiles and phone is working perfect when used with AIRTEL. What can be the solution to this problem?Please reply soon.

i m using R220 samsung i m passing the signal problam i test my sim card it fine and i m passing some other problam in my phone i put my simlock no but i forgot now how to unlock (if i put other sim it asking simlock)

I want to go for HUTCH connection. Will it be any problem with R220 model? Can I upgrade my s/w of R220 model? The service provider (HUTCH)giving the facility that the area name displyed in the screen. so can i get???

i;m currently using a samsung r220. my problem is with the mouthpiece. i can hear my callers but dey can't hear my voice.i've opened my phone and have seen the mouthpiece. what can i do to solve that problem. thanks

I enabled sim lock password and then disabled it. And now, if I try another sim other than the one I was using in it, it asks for sim lock password and I don't know the password. I am unable to use it with another sim. Can anyone help me in this ! Thanks

Got a samsung r220 which says "no network".Happened after I opened the thingie up and cleaned it with alchohol(methylated spirit).Help me out,cannot use it now.
