I've seen a lot of phones. this one is by far the worst with no close second in sight. the one reason why I stopped buying samsung products no matter how nice some of them may have been since this. this came with android that was several versions old...
I have same issues phone keeps shutting off battery is bad. I invested in 4 new batteries but they hardly hold a day. This seals my decision to get iPhone which syncs well with my ipad.
This phone has given me hell from the first day I bought it. I paid $199.99 and it would shut off every time I slided open the keyboard. It would also shut off in its own often and - I hate this phone to say the least.
