Liar, 25 Jun 2013i got jellybean 4.1 in rex 80 it has 1ghz. how can we can u explain in detail thanks in advance

this is the worst phone ever !! it doesn't support what's app or we chat . we are paying so much money and this is the service we get . i'l throw this phone in the gutter and buy nokia or blackberry . never ever will i take a sumsung phone in my life.. i hate sumsung rex 80 S5222r

This is the worst ever mobile I had.
The box contents showed Samsun Apps and Mni Opera instwllled on the phone, bit in fact, it was not htere and the customer relations at the Samsung webpage toll two weeks to clear the issue from their side aftrer askign for the copy of invoice, copy of the box, etc. the pohne does not have proper loaded applications such as Phone details, etc too
The final reply they gave was it does not have these features.

In my view this is the waste mobile bcz it automatically alarms at 12 AM,no battery back up, doesnot support many applications blah blah....

In my phone options like, Alarm, Calender, Task no alram has been set, but at around 12 p.m. my phone alarms, the alrem symbol is there also in my keypad, plz suggest....
