Utterly dissapointed with the features. Not user friendly in terms of message or even picking calls. Using internet on this phone is near to impossible. I tried downloading whatsapp many times but never worked.

This is a bad phone, Samsung should scrap this model or stop creating such low quality product which will ruin its reputation.
Basic thing you expect from a phone is ease of use in receiving / making calls and messages. it sucks in both, then what to talk of other "features" that are in the phone
the touch doesnt work well, so when in need to answer a call or end a call, one has to keep touching the buttons next to home button several times
no easy access to keypad during call

1. Mobile data is not controlling..

it's a one of the faul set...mp4 is not supported.pdf file not read, camera blutooth wifi doesn't work after 24 hrs..and ultimately faul faul and faul...
