it is very good phone but its camera and mobile net tv does not work properly

No watsapp not even latest application.
not to buy this phone.Better to buy galaxy y or duos

Its not an android phone its a java based phone called bada os which is way behind, Symbian based phones .

What the cheap mobile is this. No info abt processer......not good ram. Bad touch response.......which ver of anroid not mentioned......n battery only 1000mah...so bad battery back up. So never go for it....!

Better go for Nokia Asha 311/310
in rex 90
1) internal memory is low only 10 Mb
2) low ram only 312 MHz
3) touch is not good
4) no whatsapp
5) no navigations like Nokia maps
6) no language supports
7) no push notification
