S3310 very cool and decent phone, but i have 1 question how i can install 3rd party software and games.

Nokia dont has all above.

You cannot install any third party softwares on the phone although the phone is java enabled. The sound from the speaker is too low.
Not a good buy for this price. There are many better models available in Nokia for similar price.
If you like to install new softwares or applications on your phone, don't buy this phone.

According to the specification of GT-S3310, the handset is suppose to
give talk time of 10.5 hours or stand by time of 600 hours in standard
condition which means the battery should be completely charged, signal
strength should be good, back light and vibrator should be off, display
contrast should be minimum. Also using of GPRS ,Blue tooth or FM Radio
are considered as talk time.
Under these conditions ,still you are getting poor battery
backup then there could be some problem either with battery or the
handset.Then you need to contact Authorized Service Center of Samsung
for the rectification of the problem

Pls do not buy this cell though the software is not upgraded & due to this u will face problem like mobile hang,display problem etc.The same piece not supporting the MTNL & Airtel card (this ans I get from SAMSUNG service centre.There is also a network problem with this piece & setting is very much complicated.
Specially one thing pls do not but any product from CROMA showroom their staff is not supportive & lack of knowledge abt product.

Anonymous, 25 Jul 2009why a big NO nokia for 5130?? is it because its much better... moreWell i think that S 3310 is good fone with good features,also the colour resolution and LCD is good,i bought it for my father who not sooo geeky but when i used it i found it great.Again when it comes to NOKIA 5130 i think its better than it although its only 19:20 difference,the offers given by Mobile Store is Very good.
