To all the people who are interested in buying this mobile please note that in India 2GB version of S3310T has low audio quality. There is no difference in loud speaker but there is a huge difference in earphone. There is literally no bass at all. This new firmware is updated in Feb'10.

1. Goto Menu/Settings/Display and light settings/Backlight time.
2. Increase backlight time.
3. That's it, now your phone will not lock until the backlight is there.

Firstly it have to store in the phone memory, which is very short for MP4 Songs etc.

I have purchased s3310 on 27/mar and i felt very happy.. The cell is superb. The battery Life is good. The sound Effect is awesome. FM recording is superb. Camera clarity is very nice...For More Info u can call me 9986179194

Hi guys i am using this for last 4 months . it very good in clearity picture & sound , Only fault in this phone is while transfering file in Bluetooth, No option to save direct in MEMORY CARD.

Does anyone know how to disable the auto keypad lock function. The keypad gets locked every 5 seconds and its very irritating. I tried the setting but its not working. Does any1 have any idea. And one more thing the games are just shareware versions. Some help needed on tht front too. Thanks and Regards.

i brought this handset which is for waste because i cannot record the call what i get and there is no games in the hand set the when ism free there is no point of playing any games so tell me how is that done or will u be able to send me the games features

the data which send via bluetooth is save only in phone memory is big disadvantage

Its one of ... moreHi guys i went to samsung service center in chennai... for the low sound quality compared to the earlier S3310 they informed me that s3301t version has new upgraded version... so it might be due to that or may be fault with this piece... He said he ll try to downgrade to earlier version of the firmware and check... but nothing remained changed... the bass effect is still nil... and the service center is so very sucking that they said that this is a minor problem and we cannot do anything... Being a music lover and having used this model before, i bought it again n its so very disappointing now... Planning to meet up with the head office manager tomo... ll let u know about that episode once over... I have been trying to totally shift to samsung but i ll ve to think over that unless an action is taken... I dono how samsung has released a defect piece in the market without testing... N by the way the name of worst service center i visited is Boson pvt ltd (Samsung) , irresponsible one...

gnb,,, india, 26 Mar 2010hi fren !!!! can i know ,wheather the sms memory is limited... morehi friend , u will have 2 move ur msgs 2 drafts or sentitems because s3310 has 400 total msgs memory but only 200 inbox memory so if there are 200 msgs in ur inbox then it will show u a msg of "msg memory full" and u will hav 2 move ur msgs 2 drafts or sentitems
