hey guys it just happened that i fumbled my phone between my fingers and i jus dropped it on the floor.,
i was scared that i cud see a broken display..., but to my luck.. nothing happ.... so s3310 is not a delicate baby :)... its rock solid
.
s3310 cant download wallpapers etc etc from gprs service(atleast in my case..from airtel live)

Hello ! Guys I will buy a new mobile soon... my budget is around Rs.5000. In my mind i have decided to either go for Nokia 5130 or Samsung s3310. Please suggest which is a better option ?.
I want to buy a phone with standered Sound and Camera.

Guys I bought the phone just a coouple days back and I don't find a single fault in the phone.
The phone speed is perfectly fine, the sound is extremely good in Headset and in speaker. Just a problem that Bluetooth files are stored in Phone Memory. But it's OK, u can't expect everything at a price of 4500.

Mobile is good but not best.camera quality is not that much good. Sound quality is good. Battery is also good. Like nokia, sony there is no option to minimize the application thats big drawback. While using Opera Mini browser there is no clear option.. While browsing pics and files its really slow... taking more time b/w pics... My overall rating is 6.5/10.
Can any one tell, how to enable cell info display option?

hey samsung metro sucks .... no direct saving of data to memory card thru bluetooth .... a total disaster on cellphone charts with gb max external memory a total failure of product .. planned by company officials & engineers, others to get paid by the giants in mobiles . i giv 2/10 for dis lovely blunder!!

amol, 22 Oct 2009for keypad sound mute, just use the volume keys when in sta... morehey i already used the volume keys to mute keypad...
but once u mute the keypad, u wont get camera shutter sound.., just check it out...
.

There is no software cd with the pack.

It works very good, i did sync the contacts,calendar with outlook using the software.
Also ppl about to buy, look for latest packaging as there is 1 GB micro sd free and the set has temporary screenguard for screen and camera area too...
Its retailing @ Rs.4400 at Nasik nw.

s3310, 21 Oct 2009no guys... its not faster than nokia!!! one more disadvan... morefor keypad sound mute, just use the volume keys when in standby mode. its common confusion for ppl newly shifting to samsung...

For first question, you can change the option for video recording. 15 secs is because for MMs only. Check it.
