its a good phone for its expandable memory upto 8 gb but it take more time to send message and cannot be minimized while doing it

I have also purchased S3500. When I tried to download some games in jar format from PC it did not play those games. please advise how to play those games

TRIED INSTALLING pc studio, GET AN nts error. am using windows xp. when i connect tis to my laptop so i can transfer files to memory card via usb mass storage, AM unable to view it on my computer. AM STUCK with a 4gb CARD and no songs, VIA BLUE TOOTH transfer rate is very slow. ANY SUGGESTIONS

hello friends i m sahil and i m using this samsung s3500 it has good quality of music with external speakers and with earphones but its vedio quality is not so good but in a range of 4500-5000 its a value added phone

its a good product in the market...
it has the disadvantage of poor messaging features..even if it has the group but we cant send 5 users using group..and other great disadvantage of message balance tone off..plz overcome these problems in other models..and sound and clarity are too good...

john, 31 May 2010plz tell me about its sound quality in supplied headphones ... moredear friend, samsung s3500 handsets music quality is good on mobile speaker. But on headphone its not more. And it vedio quality is bad. It can play only 3gp files. Mp4 and other files are not support. So, if you need a good vedio player mobile. its not this. try other brands mobile. speciely nokia .

It's not only your problem, its problem have so many samsung mobile users. Because, samsung mobils are short life handset. I have samsung s3500. It have almost 6 hours battery and it does not support themes, other brand games, software. My phone is hang when i recive a calk or surf internet so many time. I just buy it 4 moths on 5th feb. 2010

1. Songs, Pics, Videos etc. stored in Memory card can't be navigated thru left or right buttons. You have to come out of that pic/song etc and then again choosing the next. However, navigation to next stuff is possible if it is in phone memory.
2. There is no option of full screen in Pics viewing. You can only zoom to make it big.
3. Almost all games are from EA Sports and are demo version.
4 - at most 40 JAVA program you can install on it.
5 - software and program that are greater 500KB are not installable .
6 - the picture greater than 750KB can not be shown .
7 - if you want to watch MP4 video ( by quality 240*320 pixcel ) , after a few minutes , the video will be shown with frequently pause ( or in slowmotion )

from how many numbers sms and calls can be blocked? and can we block calls and allow sms from the same number or when u block calls from a number then sms also get blocked from that no.?

im currently using this phone,
this phone is for practical users who want to using a mobile phone for testing and calling, it does have 2mb cam with stabilizer which is fairly acceptable, 1000 phone book mem, 500 sms, has a block sender/number feature (nokia and sony doesn't have this) and what i love most about this is its elegant and practical.
**don't buy this if you are looking for playing games or surfing the net.

phone is gd on looks....gd sound quality... but limited sms storage, no direct surf f4m memory card in fullscreen mode.. no 3rd party software/application...

low battery backup, only 2 days. battery not getting fully charged even after keeping it in charge for 4-5 hrs. battery indicator keeps on increamenting even after 5 hrs.
