ammu, 28 Nov 2009friends . i wanna move some pictures in my samsung3500 mobi... morehey ammu,
its very simple... just connect ur phone with pc using data cable.... u can transfer pics from ur mobile to pc in 2 ways...

1. using pc suite..

2. using usual method (as copying and pasting from a pen drive to pc)....


first connect using data cable and then search in the mobile drive for the folder where u saved ur pics... then transfer it by copy-paste to ur pc....

      but there may be a option to UPDATE LIBRARY in ur phone.... so that all the recorded songs may come to ur memory card....
      just check it out....

          I am so glad to have this phone.. it has everything that I want on a phone. I got this phone for free when I subscribed for a line. I was so surprised when this phone performs well compared to my expensive Sony Ericson phone. The pics quality are awesome... I can't believe it. I love this phone..

                  hi
                  samsung s3500 is the best mobile given its price tag of 5000 rs only. You can even watch youtube videos with out any distortion. even the sound clarity is good.
                  My recomendation go for it.

                          at Rs. 5000 u'll get:

                          2.2 inch screen + 1 crore 60 lakh colours(62 times more colours than 256k) + 320*240 video recording resolution + excellent 2mp camera + QVGA video recording + awesome music player(SHOCKINGLY loud n crystal clear) + premuim brushed mettalic body

                          u cant find these fetures in any other phone at its price even if u shell out couple of thousand more.

                          cam of s3500 is awesome the BEST cam u can buy at this price.
                          -excellent 2mp cam
                          -QVGA video recording(much supirior to qcif)
                          -320*240 video recording resolution
                          -record video in mpeg-4 (MP4) & h.263 format.
                          -cam cover: cam is not at the back of fone....it is inbetween the slide so slide act as a cam cover n protect lens from scratches, dust n all.
                          -night mode
                          -got awesome camphone features like PANORAMA, MOSAIC, multi shot(upto 15) etc
                          -frames
                          -white balance: daylight, incandescent, fluorescent, cloudy, auto etc
                          -dedicated cam key
                          -effects: b&w, negative, sepia, aqua, green.
                          -can off the cam sound

                          n most of all the thing that makes s3500 a sureshot winner is its unique n marvllous features...

                          Multiple Alarm: There are five alarm slots available on the Samsung S3500 and additional ones can be created if needed. Each of them can have its own snooze time, number of repetitions and activation days. The volume can also be different for each alarm. Furthermore, you can set different tones for each of the alarms and you can choose whether it should trigger phone vibration.

                          Calendars - Calendar Function is awesome in this phone. It have all Indian Holidays marked. If there is a public holiday (date) it will show a icon below and when u click button, it will show you which holiday it is.

                          "theme creator"
                          through theme creator u can create n customize ur own theme according to ur choice of colours n ur choice of pics jus play wid ur imagination, if u r bored with regular film stars themes u can also create beautiful themes out of ur own or urs girlfriend/boyfriend pics... its really a awesome feature for those who loves customization.... (to knw more bout it pls read earlier comments)

                          PRIVACY LOCK: Locking function is also very good where you can lock ur Messages, call log, phonebook, ur files (pics, videos, games etc), calender, memo, task etc...watever u want. really a unique function...

                          BLOCK Calls n SMS: u can block calls as well as sms.

                          "Flight mode"

                          "USB charging"

                          "bluetooth security"
                          when u connect other phones through bluetooth it ask for a passcode....it really enhance ur phone secutity bcoz of this ur phone can not be hack through any hacking tool.

                          another awesome feature is when you connect through Bluetooth to any other device you can take a control of that phone as all files and folders of other connected phone are displayed on S3500. You can take whichever files you want without bothering other person.

                          "PROTECTION ON"
                          bcoz of this protection on feature you can pick files you would like to lock to prevent accidental deletion.
                          main importance of this feature is that u can protect any of ur messages, videos, pics, songs etc from accidental deletion. it really makes the file management of s3500 best among the non smart fones no other fone apart from samsung have this feature.
                          its really helpful take a case:
                          1) u accidently delete all ur sent messages @ once n then u remember there is one important mess along em.... but u knw if ur important mess is protected it wont b deleted even wen u press delete for all the messages.
                          2)if u have 400 messages or 500 wallpapers n u want to delete all except 20 or 30 important one. now even if like on others fone u have multiple deletion feature u hav to browse all the 500 wallpapers to save those bunch of wallpapers. but here in s3500 u can do the same or u can take advantage of this "protection feature". if u hav already protected ur important pics or messages jus go to delete "ALL" n press ok(dont think twice) no need to do any browsing n all ur 470 pics will b deleted n those 30 wud b remains undeleted.
                          (there is still lot more advantage of this feature so pls read earlier comments to knw more)

                          "Fm recording" n the best part is the audio quality of recorded clip is shockingly loud n crystal clear n can save unlimited no. of stations.

                          "call recording"
                          crystal clear call recording n the other person on call will not hear any annoying beep.

                          "Fake Call function" this feature enables you to activate a bogus incoming call, so you can free yourself from awkward conversations or dodgy situations by pretending to take a call. For added authenticity, you can record your own or ur friends fake voice "call" that plays back when you answer.

                          "Menu transition effect"
                          if u seen latest aamir khan's samsung ad then u wud probably knw wat i m talking bout...wenever u press a button the screen slides from right to left....it looka awesome...u can also change ur transition effect.

                          "MOBILE TRACKER 2.0"
                          Mobile tracker automatically sends an SMS message to a pre-designated number alerting you when your phone’s SIM card is changed, increasing your chances of recovering a lost or stolen mobile phone.

                          "SOS FUNCTION"
                          in an emergency jus press either end of the volume key 4 times when the phone is closed. this will send the SOS message to ur selected recipients. if they call u back their call will be automatically connected. its definately a life saving feature.

                          "Message alert repetition": it will alert u in evry 2 min if there is an unread mes on ur phone....u can put it off too.

                          "keypad lights" automatically set according to day night usage or according to ur custom usage dont have to on or off it manually.

                          have all the features which only a music phone possess....n music player is SHOCKINGLY LOUD & CRYSTAL CLEAR..

                          "Random Wallpaper Effect"
                          very intresting feature...wenever u use ur mobile n came back to standby....it will welcome u with diffrent wallpapers of ur choice each time. for ex if u r using katrina kaif theme u can assign diffrent wallpaper of her so wenever u use phone u'll see her theme n wenever u came back to standby u'll see diffrent wallpaper of katrina each time(to know more read earlier reviews)

                          "BLUETOOTH MESSAGING"
                          (chat/sms through bluetooth FREE OF COST)
                          1st of all its free secondly its in chat form u can see the history n third u dont have to wait for send or receive as it does chatting instantly....


                          "smart dialling"
                          its a great feature guyz if by any chance any one of u use a i phone u probably knw it
                          Smart Dialing is when you press a number and a list comes up that corresponds the number with the letts. For example, number 6 has the letters "M, N, and O," so if you type 6 three times, it'll find "mom." Say you want to dial Carl, you'll press, 2275

                          moreover wenevr u dial any number like 98 now wen u dial the third number it will giv u all the options saved on ur phone book havin those 3 numbers or even unsaved one which is in ur dialled/received/missed/incoming sms/outgoin sms list u dont have to dial anymore
                          jus 3 numbers
                          for ex if u dial 987 all the numbers havin these three numbers like 9872345678, 9876767545 etc will b shown on the screen n to narrow the search add another number than it will show only those options havin those 4 numbers...
                          its pretty cool

                          "SMS ZOOM Function"

                          cam cover: cam is not at the back of fone....it is inbetween the slide so slide act as a cam cover...protect lens from scratches, dust n all.

                          can change DEFAULT MEMORY setting: u can change default memory settings of bluetooth, wap downloads, camera, camcorder, voice recorder, fm radio etc from phone mem to memory card.
                          for ex: now when u transfer any file through bluetooth or click a pic, or record a radio clip they'll b directly stored in ur mem card.

                          awesome image viewer:
                          the image viewer itself adjust the pics n images according to its need irrespective of its SIZE n RESOLUTION. so u dont need to edit ur pic on pc in order to use it on ur phone. s3500 automatically process em no matter how oversized they are. jus transfer the pic to ph mem.

                          Awesome file management:
                          The functionality of the file browser is one of the best among non-smartphones. You can copy or move files - both one by one or in bulk, and you can create and delete new folders (save for the basic ones). Files can also be sent via Bluetooth one by one or multiple at once. Throughout the whole file manager, you can pick files you would like to lock to prevent accidental deletion. The whole file navigation thingy is really quick with no lags whatsoever.

                          apart from these there are a lot more features like "AUTO REPLY" , "night mode", cut copy paste in messaging....the list is endless.....we r still exploring.....

                          s3500 is a "ALLROUNDER" phone

                                    if the size n resolution is big jus transfer them to phone mem n not mem card n ur phone automatically adjust it according to its usage i myself tested a jpeg image of "8mb" size.
                                    yup but for gif u can use gif file upto 500kb but thats not a big deal coz most of the available animated wallpapers (approx 99%) are less than 500kb. check gif files available on mobile9.com.

                                      congrats for ur new purchase. yup bro indeed its a awesome phone jus try out all those unique features written here which make this superb phone even more great.
                                      yup usb connector is located in the multifunctional jack.
                                      bro as i said earlier if u find that hard then do one thing save ur videos, music, softwares n all other stuff in ur mem card n use ur phone mem only for ur pics. it has 45mb internal mem which i think is quite enough to save ur 200-300 pics. u knw bro i hav around 500 pics and wallpapers on my phone mem.

                                      offcourse u can use .gif animated files

                                        to add songs to ur playlist u dont need to go to ur mem card jus open ur music player n go to "all tracks" folder where u'll find all the songs saved on ur phone memory + mem card....choose watever u want to add n press option- add to playlist- choose whichever playlist u wanna add this song to n its done.
                                        by the way u have hell lot of other options too like u can go in "recently played" folder or "most played" folder or "artists" folder (where songs are divided according to diffrent artists) or "generes" folder (tracks divived into categories like bhangra, jazz, blues, bollywood, hindi etc) or "Albums" folder from here u can easily add the song of ur choice directly to ur existing playlist jus click the option button n then "add to playlist"....as simple as that.....
