Excellent phone but does anyone know how to get the photos off as I have a USB cable but my computer doesn't seem to recognise the device. Do I need some software and if so does anyone know where to get it?!

Bharat, 16 Dec 2010I have been a samsung fan & using this mobile for past ... moretake it to the service centre...software reflash may solve the problem....cost of sw reflash will be 350..if that doenst resolves the issue service will not charge you anything

this phone is good but you can"t listen music constantly on music player of this phone. after one or two songs it shutdown its plyaer and you have to start it again.

Dont dl convertors from net, just go to samsung official page find your mobile phone go to support, and the is a program for downloading that can conver videos and more options like update your mobile... and so on.
Btw this is noce phone my dad got it, i got samsung s3550 there are awesome.

For converting any files to MP4 you can download a free software from Internet. Name of software is "Any Video Converter".... U can change settings to Mobile phone 320 x 240 while converting files and this works fine on Samsung S3500. I have 8 GB Card in my Samsung S3500 and i have almost 20 Movies and around 200 songs with pictures and other details on Memory Card. It still have space to store more data. Due to 16 Million colours on S3500 the clarity is awesome. While travelling i see aleast 2 Movies on my way.... battery last long if you use earphones. Enjoy S3500.

It will cost u around Rs.250/- Max. dont pay beyond this. And this will solve your problem. Go to any mobile repair store and they will have this to fix your problem....
