Hello..can n e one clarify me some questions...? Is there any equalizer offered for mp3 player..? I've heard that the sound is good thru the head phones but how's the sound thru the loudspeaker? How's the battery backup..? Even though it has 2.2 inch screen does the battery lasts for 2 days..? M one of the satisfied customer of samsung phone owning e1410..M plannin to upgrade it..If the product is gud i'll go with it...so pls help me out in suggesting...

we all here using mp4 files....
n we love watching videos on our s3500....coz its 2.2inchscreen + awesome screen resolution n 16m colours makes it a very enjoyable experience.
do some googling n increase ur knowledge.....as sayantan said there are many types of mp4...try those which are meant for mobile phones.... moreover the converter is not used for copying...it convert videos in mp4 format.
ok do one thing install mp4 movies from here:

here is the procedure.....
insert ur pc studio cd in ur pc...it autoplays, cancel it.... than jus go into ur "my computer" n right click on ur cd rom.... here the third option is "OPEN".... jus open it....u'll find all the contents of cd here including that USB DRIVER folder.... jus go into that folder n copy the usb driver...paste it in ur pc...n then jus upload it to ur mail... as simple as that.

kunal, 14 Sep 2009i've tried various other formats mpeg, mpg, k3g, 3gp, avi, ... moredude the fone supports both mp4 and 3gp formats. mp4 has many versions . try out the converter in the cd.

kunal, 14 Sep 2009where do i find the option of the video player on the phone... morebro u can play video from anywhere.... specifically go to ur videos(phone mem or mem card) than to the video file u wanna play than jus press the middle key...press hash(#) to play it on fulscreen...enjoy
press n hold navigation keys to forward or rewind it...
n if u dont have any video jus shoot a video using ur cam n try it first....

u can do one thing copy the usb driver from cd n upload it ur mail...now next time wenever u want to connect ur phone without pc suite on any other pc jus download usb driver from ur mail n install (takes 30 sec)...no need to keep pc suite cd handy....

Kunal, 14 Sep 2009me too am facing a similar problem as sayantan...when i try... moreTake the same mp4 file and do it again with samsung PC Studio 3 with output format as mp4 and QVGA. It will just take half an hour and you can split the files to smallar ones.
Now it should work.

Raj, 13 Sep 2009Veru bad battery backup.so plz don't purchase the this phonePlease check with samsung center if you find any problem with battery backup. Because this phone offers the best battery backup. I played two indian movies continously and still the batter remained for 1 day for regular operations.
And usually I recharge every 2 and half days.

Kunal, 14 Sep 2009me too am facing a similar problem as sayantan...when i try... morebro s3500 supports mp4 n 3gp format....even its camcorder record videos in mp4 format n not 3gp....i have 4 movies in mp4 format in my s3500.
there are many types of mp4 format try mp4 format that r for mobile phones....use those converters which convert ur videos in mobile phone's mp4 format which have "320*240" video resolution.... for example if u use "ALLOK" mp4 converter here u find diffrent options for output format....choose mobile phone mp4 format.
do some googling bro....it'll definately increase ur knowledge.
