you need a cd installer for you to use the usb....
unfortunately when i bought this fon no cd installer...

only connected the usb to the computer and there come four option

4.
choose data storage.
then u can put and delete any thing from ur memory card...........

nw u can record ur calls in dis phone,bcuz it comes with nw software in dis phone which model no is 3600i,and if u have old version dan u hv to go to ur nearest service center 4 new software loading in ur handset.than u can record ur calls.
