I bought my niece (of 19 year old)a Corby 3 days a go (Sunday, Jan 10, 2010). It's her first touch screen. (but her 9th cell phone!). Knowing the price so competitive, I wonder if it'll last long enough, at least a year? (posting earlier was wrong dated). I, myself interested in Lindy. Thx.

Samsung Corby is one of the best phones i have ever had.few things u would like to know abt corby
-corby one of the few phones that have got a capacitive touch screen which works on the principle of human electric field
-it is powered with dnse digital natural sound engine found in nokia xpress music & sony ericsson walkman
-it has a 2.8" qvga lcd screen with 16 million colors which makes it suitable enough for watching videos
-pop up sns {social networking sites}
-2.0 mp camera with smile shot and panoramic shot
-most of all it is meant for teens US..corby truly rocks
some tips
-dont charge ur fone for long its battery life reduces greatly
-press d volume buttn while reading a message and control the size of the text
-press volume btn in stand by mode to adjust fone volume
-camera»quickview»press volume button and change the display to 3d or grid mode
-did u know that samsung corby screen is made up of a special kind of material which makes it scratch resistant and it wont even break when fone falls down
-use photoscape software to make wallpapers for ur fone and ANY {ANY is the name} Video converter to convert videos
-there is everything for this mobile out there just search it on google some searches that i found useful were
-240x320 touch games
-240x320 games
try out torrent instead of downloading one by one

I bought the Bluetooth Headset wep490 with Samsung Corby. Everyone told me to change it to iPhone but since it’s a touch-phone that is static-aware, you can’t do anything with the gloves on and I can’t stand it when my hands are cold. But since Corby runs based on pressure, it works well even with the gloves on. And on top of that if you talk with wep490 plugged into your ear, you barely have to use your hands. It’s a perfect fit for me!

D, 11 Jan 2010Can anybody please tell me about it's processing speedIm not sure about the processing speed but it is quite fast and can play from youtube, however if u over charge its battery life decreases greatly !! which happened to mine the battery lasts 1 day on standby now :(
which is ashame other than that its a superb phone 9/10

It is very Waste i have Buy new it Will Work For Only Two Days. After that it says Imei is not Valid. i think It is Duplicate So carefull

hi,,just want to ask if somebody knows how to adjust message fonts into smaller size..its quite big and very visible even at a distant..would appreciate help...thanks in advance
