i got this phone in may..its amazing but im having some problems with touch for few icons alone like if i want to select create message option inbox option gets selected the same way for all...the next option gets selected if i press something....any ideas how to make it normal????

Yeah i agree. Samsung Corby started it all, THE CHEAP PRICE, THE INTERCHANGEABLE BACK COVERS.
What i can say to nokia is be original, dont be a copycat. What a shame to you.
Just like that Nokia 5233. It has interchangeable back colors that has unattractive colors.
Samsung is very very stylish, unlike your nokia's vintage phones.
Resistive touchscreens are also better than capicitative because resistive reacts slow and capicitative reacts faster.

[deleted post]samsung corby's audio quality is way above your nokia handset. and touch of your nokia handset is very poor that anyone can get tired in 15 minutes of usage. samsung provide quality headset in its retail package that provide great sound. your nokia handset has very poor and boring user interface that can't be used without any stylus otherwise you will get your fingers hurt . whereas corby user interface is very easy to use, attractive and anyone can work for hours without any damage to the fingers. shame on your nokia's poor and cheap touchscreen and audio quality, model number copy of samsung star, copy of corby of inter changeable back covers.

xyz, 28 Jun 2010u guys dnt know nothing about best audio qaulity.... sony ... moreIt will be better if you improve your knowledge the best audio quality in any handset currently is of samsung wave and no handset even come close to it in audio quality. samsung handsets produce very natural sound that no other branded handsets are in comparison with its dnse audio chips. se handsets have a very poor sound as well as build quality.

sony ericsson has the best audio quality in world...ok?
samsung has the most 3rd class sound quality ever i hav heard...even nokia has better sound than samsung....
moreover samsung doesnt support themes...which is a shame...battery backup is average...better buy nokia or sony...

just bought my corby wi-fi ready yesterday and still studying it. dont have a mem card yet. is there a way to transfer msgs from sim to fon memry? also since the lady from the store installed WAP settings etc, i can connect to any avail wi-fis

as i said, CHECK the AUDIO TEST of GSMARENA. On that test, it shows the different audio rating quality of ALL the phones.
check it for yourself. :)
