I've had this phone since january and i'm already bored..it's a boring phone..it's good but a bit slow..maybe it's because i'm not used to touch phones...i'm thinking of selling it..

... moreYes you are right! I bought one last week and it's complete crap. I don't have especially large fingers, however, every time I try to send a text message the 'button' next to the one I press illuminates and after one line the phone seizes up for anything between 20 and 60 seconds before I can continue doing anything.
I'm going back to a cell with proper buttons, it takes 10 times longer to write an SMS with these touch screen abominations!!!

There are 2 versions of Samsung Corby...
Samsung Corby (original) (without wifi)
and
Samsung Corby Wi-Fi (With wifi)
it just means that... you dont need a router to use internet on your corby. Since its CORBY WIFI, u can use internet without buying a Router or Wifi connection.

Yes, samsung corby have those negative things, but it remains a nice phone and worth buying.

BUT, if the widgets are not working.... better just go to the internet and search
m.facebook.com/m.twitter.com/m.myspace.com
those websites are suited on mobile phones... so you can use them... that is for the meantime since your widgets doesnt work..
try asking ur service provider or any corby user out there:)

but it is not difficult to use this phon... moreactually its very very easy to use. and it reacts fast. and about the messaging... the letters are a bit big when you type, and maybe when its your first time to use it, you will be a little confused since it has different places.(symbols) but youll get the hang of it after some time. and.. one more thing. messaging is okay and fast.
for me, capicitative touchscreens are better, cause it avoids some incidents that you accidentally touch the screen without even touching it. but now, since your skin is the only active on touching this phone, it avoids those incicents.
