swastik, 27 Nov 2011hey guyz im thinking to buy this phone so plz tell me about... moreit restarts after an application or game is downloaded from internet. No other issues i have noticed about.

it depends on you, what do you like more...
Nokia 5233 has a bigger screen 3.2 inches with better resolution which gives the display sharpness. but has a resistive screen which is less responsive than champ's capacitive screen.
U said u dont use internet in mobile, but both the phones has good surfing speed in 2G network too. Champ 3.5G works faster than nokia 5233. but its screen resolution is not good in respect to 5233..
5233 is a smartphone but champ 3.5G is not..
But Champ 3.5G looks better infront of 5233.
Finally, its upon u.. both the phones are good.

S.K, 22 Nov 2011But It's showing Sensor Accelerometer sensor TouchWiz L... moreyes, it shows in the specification but acclerometer is missing in the phone and document viewer too. on the other hand the specs shows 30 MB internal memory but it has 100 MB.and 8 MB dedicated for apps.

what exactly are you downloading??
I've searched images on Google and downloaded from it!
it provides you with 2 buttons "open" and "download"
use open instead of download button. It will redirect you to your default browser, and start downloading.
it will download in the memory you have set.
also check that you are using a signed version of Opera Mini.

I'm using Samsung S3770, so i can tell you about the features i know about it!!
like It does not have "Accelerometer sensor" and as given in the specifications.
and as far as i know it does not also have "Document viewer".
anything else you want to know, just go to the company official site of Samsung and Nokia.
there is also a price difference of around Rs. 1,500 as I know.
I was also suggested by some people to go for Samsung because the touch censor is better in Samsung than Nokia.
And I think Nokia 5233 has Resistive touch while Samsung S3770 has Capacitive touch which is advanced and better.
You should go to the shop and get the better specifications.

Great Phone, Baterry backup more than 02-days; stillish and medium size. sound is fine. But camera needs to be improve.

Friends,Can any one tell me how to download opera or UC in this mobile? when the download finished it's automatically restarts...i could't install any apps/games.....pls post your suggetions

the latest release!!
this update will install your Samsung mobile modem.
just create a dial up connection using the phone modem and now you can connect your computer to internet through phone!!
Note: For upgrading your Firmware you will have to
install Samsung Kies which can be downloaded for free
from Samsung site. You also need internet connection
on your computer to update the Firmware!!
