I have this phone and everything is good. And of corz it is touchscreen you need to learn how to text/type in this unit. F.Y.I. there's a picture editor in this unit so dont complain about the camera. The sound is very awesome. WIFI so fast. Internet using simcard is good, it depends on the signal, F.Y.I. internet is fast it depends on the signal. (i'm using Globe). Everything is perfect you must explore it. ;)

hi again!^^ I've been using the corby 2 for nearly 2 weeks now and all I can say is I love it, the features are just right for me I really dont care for camera, the video resolution is awesome, the wifi connection is quick, I love the reader that comes with it, it reads .txt and pdf, music player is good, and you can install cool java apps! For a phone with its price range its a good buy!^^ Just dont compare it with a smart phone...

jhash, 01 Jun 2011Hi there. . my parents and i are planning to have this phon... moreI can tell you that Corby 2 is worth it for it's price. I'm good with it's music player and the wifi capabality. You can do email and social network and also youtube. You can also use YM, Gtalk, Windows Messenger and FBchat. The down for me is the keypad because it is not qwerty. I haven't try the video player yet. Oh, you can also view pdf files with this. :) Hope that helps. I love this phone. But ofcourse if you compare this phone to a more expensive one you will definitely not choose this phone.

Hi there. . my parents and i are planning to have this phone from Globe in accordance of thier Group Plan. . However, i kinda hesitant already since i heard a lot of negative things about this unit. . can anybody tell something that is POSTIVIE about this unit to regain my comfort with this unit we're buying??? pls help.. .post something that is good enough. . . thanx much

to those have problem bout wifi and gprs,just check d conection then choose the conection u want..im a monte user.hope dat wuld help

truth about samsung corby ii:
1. no accelerometer
2. qwerty keypad yes but only in internet function but not in messaging..
3. samsung app is not supported
4. no proximity sensor for auto off when someones calling you
5. only 10 widgets at the front and 24 widgets at the menu screen
6. no themes downloadable but you can create your own themes by some software
7. yeah downlodable games but make sure that the games are fullscreen like glu games
8.cool videos @ 320x240 resolution you can play mp4 videos like music videos.. to convert your favorite music videos click the link below http://www.dvdvideosoft.com/products/dvd/free-video-to-samsung-phones-converter.htm you must download a music video before you convert it.. example : google chrome converter or mozilla firefox converter!! experience a clear and good quality videos!!!
