Hi! I bought this phone like 2 weeks ago and yep.. accelerometer doesn't work and there is no option to activate the virtual qwerty.. Qwerty only appears and works automatically though on a landscape mode after editing a photo (upon saving) and while using the internet browser to type in the web address, etc.

I still am satisfied though with the experience of using this phone coz I think everything I need is already here. Too bad it only has 2mp camera with no flash and there is no external key for taking photos.. but what can you expect.. It's pretty cheap for a wifi phone compared to other brands.. I think the low price still compensates the features of this phone and all that and I believe, the wider screen is a pretty good advantage and the design rocks! Not bad at all.

By the way, I still have a few questions:

Anybody knows where to find the Msg drafts? I know I have a lot saved on my msgs but until now, I just couldn't find them.

..also, is there really not a full screen slideshow of pictures? when I play mine, photos are only shrunk in the middle of the screen and does not automatically detects and rotate if a photo is saved on a landscape mode and vice versa.

Thanks much! =)

Qwerty feature is available when entering addresses for internet application while typical keypad style for creating sms.
        Glass like the first corby.

Great phone for its price bracket. Competition is way off compared to the features this phone can give you, again, with its price bracket. If you're planing of buying a phone with limited budget, try this model and you'll be satisfied as I am. Easy to use, basic features you need for everyday typical cellphone use is exceeded, with wifi, multimedia, sns, organiser sms and contacts features, this phone is too cool, again, for its price bracket. Worth your money!!!

[deleted post]ofcourse u can add themes.. i think this phone supports java softwares. try downloadin java softwares. and themes particularly for this phone will be released in sometime since its a new phone in business. reg accelerometer & qwerty keypad i think most of the users will be disappointed. keeping the price tag in mind accelerometer wud be a big feature for this phone but qwerty should have been there... sad...

Seems strange that some phones have qwerty keyboard and some others have not. You sure you cannot choose the keyboard by going into the option menu like in many phones ?

so sad samsung only released qwerty keyboard and accelerometer sensor on other countries .

i live in ph by the way . so all of the filipino's who bought this has no qwerty keyboard and accelerometer sensor in it.

v14ily, 30 Apr 2011it seems that gsmarena can't give the exact specs / feature... moreblaming gsmarena wouldn't be the right option actually. the features tat thy have mentioned is actually true. (not sure abt the accelerometer ). the qwerty keypad actually works in some phones manufactured in other countries.. so its better we blame samsung. thy should have given the right specification in their website.
