Go to settings menu and select the point 8 which is PC connections.You will have 5 options all of which are enabled.If the mass storage option is not getting enabled, try the following steps. 1. Re insert the memory card by taking it out and cleaning it gently then restart your phone. 2.Check the same card by inserting it to another phone of the same model. If there is a problem with the particular peiece then you can get it repaired for free withing warranty period.

Hi,
I have brought this mobile a day before.
But i am not able to trasfer data from my pc to mobile through usb cable.
I followed steps as
setting-> pc connection --> pc studio..
but it gives message " try to connect using MASS_STORAGE".
i have already inserted 2gb memory card into mobile,
but when i checked options under PC Connection in Settings menu..there are 5 options out of which 2 options are disabled..i m not able to save MASS STORAGE and MEDIA PLAYER option...remaining 3 options can be save..
Could anyone help me to resolve this problem?
Do u people have Mass Storage and Media Player option enabled in Settings?

Iam using samsung mobile from the last three years, previously i used samsung Sj700, now iam using samsung S5200, i always use samsung and iam really very satisfied with my samsung S5200 Mobile, i Love my mobile

its really a good phone but key pad is slightly faulty when it comes to messaging or net.

prince, 18 Oct 2010hey how 2 use flash as a tourchhi prince,first go to camera and when camera opens ,then press button 1 and it will show camcorder mode on the screen and then u can press ok button ,the torch will get on and remember do not slide it down when the torch is on.hope my suggestion works

You better go for Nokia. Samsung S5200's key pad faulty or likely to get damaged soon. Not at all good for text messaging!

I own this camera for the last 6 months. Generally this mobile is good, especially camera and sound quality. It has got very aesthetic look. But I found the key pad is not upto the mark. You will get problem when using keys. In my phone some of the numbers are not working and have to take it to the service centre.

Hi, its been a year since ive bought this phone and its pretty nice! I agree the problem is that when u slide down all applications/calls/open files close then u slide down and it shows the homescreen in dim. But overall the performance and camera is neat! I personally like the camera and video playback capabilities. It has only a limited message inbox of 1000 mgs though... and i had to delete my whole inbox a few dozen times...

Big problem in this phone when u slide down every thing getting off wheather it is call or gallery.and there is option for slide setting.fattal error.other features r awesome.but I already sell it bcoz of no slide setting

no display when slide up but getting the display after switching off and on.
