My main priority for buying a new mobile is that it should be able to produce SHARP pictures, and the many opinions about the fine quality of the S5220 impressed me and I am in favour of buying the S5220. But others say that the quality of the images is very bad when loaded in a computer and viewed on the computer screen and the pixels show up badly ruining the image. This is not good news to me. A good image on the mobile's small screen should look good on the computer screen also. Please tell me your opinion, whether I should go for the S5200 or please suggest some other mobile that produces clear pictures on the mobile and the computer. Thank you.

Zak, 16 Aug 2010Of course its a damn gud looking phone..but thats not enuf!... moreSamsung S5200 pictures are way ahead of Nokia's in terms of picture clarity. Mobile buyers get carried away by the Nokia brand image and widespread advertising and discover the miserable quality of the pictures only after buying the mobile. And 4X zoom and 8X zoom comparison is useless, because the zoom you are talking about is DIGITAL zoom and not Optical zoom which is the kind you get in digital cameras. Digital zoom ruins the picture with every increase in magnification. At 8X zoom the picture will definately not be worth looking at, so what good is 8X magnification? It is nothing but a thoroughly useless marketing gimmick by Nokia to lure and cheat customers and make them buy Nokia mobiles.

Its Good..camera and All features good..But When ever music Player/Browser/FM running, It vibrates a Msg Comes.. so How to change it?

kader, 29 Sep 2010dont buy that phone because it has no special featu... moreplease don't give wrong opinion..don't confuse new buyers.this phone is slim, very much user friendly and the quality of camera is awsome within this price range..i m using it past 1 yr....no prob still now

Abhi, 10 Sep 2010To jk, can u pls tel me the price(INR) of s5200 Display n ... morethis phn is currently having a price of 5500 to 5700 in showrooms like universal or BIG C .but if u go to market u will get near 5100...but the dealer price is only 5075.the phn is good man .u can easily buy it.some people said that the slider phn gets spoiled after some months .its true with some casses who handle the phone very roughly.ok dude dont u worry as it contains double strip ok so bee coll and buy it .even i m also going to buy it after some days enjoy the cool features mannn!!!1

Big boss, 25 Sep 2010This handset cant hold 20 Minutes of continuos intrnet dwnl... moreTo Big boss This phone can download up to 50Mb or more at once. Its my experience. And it can hold 2 to 3 hours in downloding time continuous.Yes, it heated up but I think, it dosen't spoil our set. Sometimes network error might be stop ur loading file. Try again. If problem occurs continuously check ur browser settings.

This handset cant hold 20 Minutes of continuos intrnet dwnlding..i tried to dwnlod a movie(2500Kb )(part 1)..but it stopd at 1400Kb and I trid sum othr films frm othr sites,result was same..and ya it also gets heatd up evn if its a plastic..hmm! My fate!

i have known from some of my friends that the slider of this phone become spoiled after some months. i have just bought it yesterday and get horrified...please suggest is their opinion is true or not? waiting for your keen reply.......
