i brought this phone a few days ago .at a first look it is good.its cam is good but a little slow when taking pics.its cam features are very good.its battery backup is decent.the speaker is also nice.its looks and style are nice.the slider so far is smooth.radio reception is nice.we can record radio which an advantage.its earphones are not so comfortable.keypads are also ok.music player is very good.audio output is nice.
it has some disadvantages.vibrator is not so powerful.its shortcut keys are not satisfactory.you cannot change much of the phone settings so its not very user friendly.its games and applications folder have limited space of about 4 Mb (cannot be changed) which is very small for a gaming buff like me.games and applications are mixed so its difficult to get to a particular app or game.the antenna is at the lower half of the phone where we usually cover with our hands so signal becomes weak.
i feel thats it.it has some disadvantages but for a low price i think this mobile is great.

i came to know this doesnt have any headphone jack so how can i listen my music how could i use any earphone ?

There is no option to record the voice on call,but other feature and fuction is more useable in low price like emotion feature. i dont encourage people for this mobile.

the_incredible, 26 May 2010i really lik dis phone.. jus bought dis phone. i hv read al... morei understand your problem i had also got this at the time i had bought the phone.
ok. 1.first install the pc suite in your system
2.then install any video converter on your system.
3.then take any video song and convert it to MPEG option
4.then go to samsung pc suite and on that choose video converter on organiser.
5.then import the video song which you have converted before to MPEG option
6.then click on start converting on the pc suite and save it to a selected folder.
7.then copy that video song and paste it on your phone video option.
8.then you can play it.

i really lik dis phone.. jus bought dis phone. i hv read all d opinions nd im really confused.. tell me whether dis phone really plays *.mp4 videos or not.. i converted few videos from avi to mp4 using total video converter and it says "content not supported"..

Recently I have bought Samsung S5200.there are many good points and negative points in this phone, that r following
Good points:-
1.Fm reception is very good
2.Music player is also very good
3.camera for still photography good
4.battery backup is quit ok talk time is 5 HRs
5.you can change fm station through ur hands free mic button
6.Speaker is on the front ,not at the back like other phones
Negative points:-
1.video recording is quit bad
2.conversation recording is not available
3.Hands free in box is simple(without 3.5mm jack) u have buy you on ur own if u required
4.Every time phone locks automatically u have slide up to unlock every time
5.Little slow when opening a large file

i owned dis fne....camera is gud but internet speed is slow....no extr memory to download application,...music is descent....overall smart phone..

i bought dis phone sday. wen i tried connectin it wit system it gets pissed. it shows connected bit wen i try transferring it shows unable to transfer due to disconnection. when i unplug it i could access my memory card :( can sum1 suggest me solutions
