any problems with the display blacking out on slide or multiple views or no response of keys on top mean that the strip needs replacement.sliding up and down too often damages the strip. minimal sliding will make the strip last over a year. customer service in mumbai is very good, got the strip replaced in two hours.mail client is good although any application using the internet hogs the battery.camera quality and screen clarity are excellent.use of bluetooth headsets will drain the battery quickly too.

It is a bad phone bcs it doesnt play online videos nd doesnt support good softwares ,bettery life is not gud for internet users so dont go for it .go for NOKIA .samsung should go in dustbin.

lata, 18 Apr 2012no u cannot watch youtube videos youtube website.. but u c... morethanx lata, 4 ur kind info. usually i download videos 4m tubidy.mobi.. but it will b better if i can watch youtube videos directly without downloading. anyway... thanx a lot.........

I have been using this phone for more than 1.5 years. All its features are very good. Camera quality is excellent :)
But it does not have "Call Recording" option.
Also since it is slider type, rough use can damage the phone.

The best phone in this range i have ever bought
Camera is the best
Only problem is that slider is not so good and after 15 months its slider pcb was replaced for 500 rs

One of the most wrost phone it is, no mp4 quality. The net facility is almost less then other one, the battery backup is not more then 1 day i.e 20 hours only. Who reads the coment they plz dont buy the cell .
