the problem is that even thoug... moreI think you have to update your phone to erase everything stored in the phone's memory. Don't worry about your sim or memory card's memory, it won't be affected.
Search in the samsung's website in how to update your phone. All you need to do is to connect the phone to the internet, follow instructions, and download the updates.
Updating the software would somehow make your phone fresh, just like you taking a bath every morning.

hey i own a star wifi set..
the problem is that even though i still have some memory/space left for any incoming messages to be viewed on my phone, it gives me an error msg saying that msg memory full delete some..i have consumed 399/500 text message memory storage in phone memory and 58/60 sim message memory storage.
does anyone here know whats the problem...?any help would be greatly appreciated..
