Hi everyone,
How can I set incoming text messages (sms) to the phone memory? Incoming text messages are being saved to the SIM that make it full after 30 messages have been received. I have to erase or manually move to phone memory everytime. Kindly help me on this. Thank you.

i own this model. but i have a problem in using the wifi in some situation.im using wifi at home..and it require password to log in.i have a problem in dealing with the password, to get connected to the browser, using my phone since the browser is locked.and the password contains 13words.so how can i settle this problem? hope you can help me find a way to solve this because in short time, i'll be giving away my laptop to my brother and so i will only have my phone to help me go online.

lord_RED, 14 May 2010uhhh...it depends...do you, most of the time connect throug... morehave you check samsung u800. it's not a touchscreen and not wifi capable, but i think it is much better than samsung star. what do you think?

sweet mamba, 19 Apr 2010as in no flash is the cmera?so hows is the quality of the p... morethe phone has no camera flash.. it is stand alone.. but the pictures taken are ok depending on the light condition.. when you take pictures at places with low light quality, then the picture taken will be blurred. the wifi function is good.. had no problem using it.. just make sure there is enough signal strength to connect properly

mimi, 12 May 2010how can i use my picture as wallpaper...most of my pictuure... moreas you can tell, the wall paper is one huge picture which when you set it, you have to pan between screens to see the other parts of the picture. You either have to edit the pictures on a computer, with the specific dimentions and then transfer them over to your phone to properly view your pictures as wallpaper on your unit.

Samsung S5233w is star wifi and samsung S5230 is just samsung star and it doesn't have wifi. There is bit price difference and in looks of operating system. Why is that everybody is writing incorrectly everywhere.

how can i use my picture as wallpaper...most of my pictuures are not available to use as wallpaper...it has a crop margin but its not working....thats y when i set it as wallpaper only part of the photo is there in the screen

I'm using this phone from last 6 months. This is one of the worst phone for Net configuration. Always problem with GPRS & MMS settings. Still now i can't able to use Wi-Fi. BSNL Service provider configuration software is not support for this model. This is not support for Mobile banking (ICICI bank)software. Always i'm getting 'GPRS is not working' message while using mobile banking.

Anonymous, 10 May 2010this series of STAR phones dont compliment its name, the na... moreIt seems that you haven't explored your phone yet. There is a menu there that calibrates your touch screen... Meaning, if your phone is not responding well to your fingers, you can configure it by going to the "Phone Setting" and then choose "Calibration". That's all I can say... Thank you!
