But yeah I also want to upgrade and the battery in the 5560 is meant to be also just as good as Star. I just want the 5mp camera with autofocus and flash, which the Star lacks, plus being able to put in my own headphones.

I'm currently using samsung star also.. but mine is w/o wifi..
I like my phone but i think it's been left behind by current touch screen phones released by samsung..
Samsung star is great but it lacks wifi connectivity and just like what you said the 3.5mm jack.. =c
I love my star so much but i need to upgrade .. =c

Tried the Nokia 5530 but the battery ran out so quickly. Now I'm considering this Samsung 5560 purely because it has better camera than Star and also has 3.5mm jack. Personally I'd advise you not to get the Nokia.

I'm planning to buy a phone...
But I'm confused..
I don't know what to buy...
I'm choosing on samsung corby pro, marvel & star wifi.
In your opinion guys, which is better among the three?
I'm really confused..
Here are the specifications for my ideal phone, pls do help me....
1. Obviously i want a touch screen phone
2. At least 3mp camera.
3. I want a sleek phone, easy to fit anywhere.. like on my pocket. (I'm afraid corby pro is to thick)
4. With wi-fi
5. User friendly.
6. Long battery life, because i do a lot of phone calls.
7. And lastly, i want the value for my money. I want a phone which is worth what i paid for based on the phone's features and specifications.

This phone is available at a price tag of Rs.10,500 inclusive of tax & other stuff in Mumbai, India. I checked the price from one of my colleague who is an authorised dealer of samsung mobile phone in mumbai.

bought this unit for my wife today for 12800 here in the Philippines...i say its a great deal with the 5mp camera and a wi-fi feature...suits me best...i don't recommend using 3g connectivity here in the Philippines very costly...specially if you have a service provider from the philippines...hehe! BEST BUY!!!
