How do I delete pictures and videos? When I select a picture and press options-delete or key in 4 as a shortcut, my phone says "No entry" with a white exclamation mark in a red square. What am I doing wrong!? Help much appreciated. Thanks guys.

one month earlier i brought a samsung5610 phone in sri lanka iam a sri lankan on the same day i found that when the head set packing open only one part of the head set were inside the packing iam a buissy person there for i was unable to complain to the shop owner. after one week i try to send a massege to one of my friend it doesnt work that mean this phone cannot send massege it appears proactive sim command rejected me40 23 35 what kind of phone is this? are your companny cheating people like this? i understood that your company is never doing final test let me know what kind of solution that your company can offer me the serial no is 86688010214687

I hav purchased 6 days ago .its battery backup is too good .camera is also good .but it get automatically restarting problem more than 10 times in a day .do not think to buy this wrost phone.it does not supports all formats of videos . Total wastage of money.
